Data collected and purposes

• Booking: name, email, phone, postal address, country, group composition, dates and any message. Used to manage the stay, invoicing, tourist tax and communication with you (legal basis: performance of the contract and legal obligations).
• Payment: processed by Stripe, which stores your card details. The website keeps only technical payment references.
• Visits: the website counts page views per day, with no cookie, no identifier and no IP address.

Retention

• Contact details linked to a booking: 3 years after the end of the stay, then anonymised.
• Accounting records (amounts, dates): 10 years, as required by law.
• Emails sent by the website: 30 days.

Recipients and hosting

Your data is never sold or shared. Only the owners and their technical providers can access it: Scaleway (hosting and emails, in France) and Stripe (payment).

Cookies

The public website sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Only the owners’ area uses a session cookie, required to log in.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing by writing to gite.fournil.vosges@gmail.com. You may also contact the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
